Hi! I'm Adriane Cox, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Cox Mental Health and Wellness. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression trauma, PTSD, life transitions and chronic pain. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported and able to move forward in your life. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions, making care convenient and accessible. You don't have to go through this alone - I'm here to help.
